Badger Prairie Park is located at the intersection of County Highway PB and U.S. Highway 151 and 18 just east of the City of Verona. The park includes a shelter facility, picnic area, play area, bicycle trail, mountain biking, nature trails, ice age trail link, and a pet exercise area. Start/finish line parking all located off the cross country road.
Driving Directions
From the Beltline, take exit number 258 (Midvale Blvd, Hwy 18/151). Turn left at the traffic light off of the exit and travel South on Hwy 18/151 towards DODGEVILLE. Take the first Verona exit (Exit 81, Business 18/151 – just before the exit there is a brown highway sign for Reddan Soccer Park). Proceed through the traffic light, traveling west, into Verona. At the second traffic light, turn north (right) onto to Main Street (Hwy M). Continue on Hwy M, passing Verona Schools (on your left). At the traffic light, turn east (right) on Cross Country Road. Reddan Soccer Park is on the north (left) side of the road. Click here for directions from Google maps. Parking is also available across the street at Reddan Soccer Park.
This 1.9 mile course has everything to offer. This is the true cyclocross race you have been waiting for! The hilly course has close to 100+ ft elevation changes, steep run ups, fast road section, barriers, obstacles, on road, off road... What more could you ask for?!
Awards will consist of merchandise and cash. All awards will be distributed race day at the awards ceremony. Crowning of the champions will take place on Sunday during the ceremony as well. Award specification will be posted once determined. For more specific awards refer to race flyer!
